Hello everyone, my name is Katell and I am very happy to join the BIND team for my post-doc. I first studied engineering at Télécom Physique Strasbourg, where I learned about innovative technologies for therapeutic applications and discovered the field of microfluidics. I then pursued a PhD in Physics for Life Sciences at CEA Leti, in Grenoble. There, I worked on resonant mass sensors to weigh single nanoparticles and extracellular vesicles in micro/nanofluidic devices. I will work on the BioImp project, on the development of a microphysiological device aiming to replicate a tumor environment and evaluate the effects of new therapeutic cells. I will focus my work on the integration of environmental sensors and on the general optimization of the device. |
